What this site is

Sterling Finka publishes educational notes about market language: startup funding, market structure, instrument families, strategy descriptions, and the limits of AI-assisted reading. The notes are information. They are not financial services, investment advice, trading signals, or an invitation to buy, sell, or hold anything.

The studio does not sell financial products and does not receive commissions for recommending investment products. It is not a broker, an exchange, or an investment platform, and it is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Acceptable use

You may read the notes and contact the studio about the material. You may not use the site to request a personal recommendation, to scrape the pages in a way that degrades the service, or to present the notes as advice from Sterling Finka.

Intellectual property

The text, the mark, and the layout of this site belong to Sterling Finka unless a sentence quotes a public source. You may quote a short passage with a link to the page. You may not copy the site into another product.

Liability and risk

The notes are prepared with care and may still be incomplete or out of date. Decisions about money are yours. Sterling Finka is not liable for a decision you take after reading a note. All investments carry risks, including the loss of what you commit.
